My mother was seen by doctor with only two people in front of her. It was not busy and she was told an hour before the doctor came back in that they had the test results. All together it took three hours with two doctors on staff? This happened to me the last two times I visited. When they first opened they were quick but now theyu2019re so sloooooow.

I went in the middle of the day and was prepared to be there for quite a while. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I was seen by Christian Tanner, who was professional, listened to my symptoms and really cared about getting me better. Thank you for your help, and I will be recommending this place to my friends.

Came in after vomiting for 5 hours straight, advised the care team I had already taken Zofran twice and was told theyu2019d take care of me. Dr. Gibbs did not even bother walk across the exam room or touch me, just stood at the door and said I might have salmonella might not. Told me to take Zofran and get to feeling better, threw up the Zofran they gave me and asked if they could do anything else to help me, got a snotty condescending remark from the u201ctechu201d that you treat symptoms not the cause (no duh) and sent on my way. I am now going to another provider for real care, donu2019t waste your time here.

We brought our 1 year old in with a bad cough & wheezing just to be seen for 2 minutes at most by a provider who listened to his chest and refused to perform a respiratory panel. We were told he definitely doesn't have RSV, & he immediately prescribed an antibiotic because it will cover whatever it is. 2 days later we ended up in the ER as our baby got even worse and he was very quickly swabbed and diagnosed with RSV. We will never return to this urgent care. The lack of effort or concern for a one year old was really concerning, along with the lazy response to put him on antibiotics which we now know would have done nothing for him as RSV is viral. He did NO exam and also missed a double ear infection.

I went for the first time (for myself) yesterday, due to being sick. Itu2019s nice and clean inside, with a lot of seating options. The wait was a little long, but thatu2019s to be expected. However, the nurse that took me back wasnu2019t the nicest. She seemed annoyed and definitely was not friendly. The NP was great though. Really nice, helpful and answered my questions!
