Absolutely WONDERFUL place! Came in today around 2 and they were SLAMMED. Down to 1 nurse and lobby was completely full. Natalie the receptionist was so kind and let me know it would be a little bit of a wait. The wait was much shorter than I expected the nurse Kate got me back quickly, greeted me with a smile and really seemed to care about what brought me in to see them. I then seen doctor Chris who was also fast efficient and listened to me very well. I HIGHLY recommend this urgent care to anyone. 100% will be back again when needed.

Went to this urgent care for an after hours disability 3rd party appointment. The 2 nurses that worked with me, they were the kindest nurses that I've ever dealt with. Not like fake, pretend, or acting like they were kind or something. There's 1 thing that I'm very very good at and that's reading people. No matter my how bad my health is or will continue to get, I will always be able to read people. So when I say these nurses were genuinely kind people, not even kind cuz of being a nurse, but just kind hearted and genuinely caring 2 women. They understood my level of pain, they felt my depression and anxiety and everything else thats wrong with me on a level that nobody else even cares about listening to let alone feeling it. For that I truly am thankful for them. For listening and really getting my pain and understanding on a whole nother level. For them I'm greatful even If they just listened, it felt good to not feel like a completely mentally retarded person where people just look at me in disbelief and like I'm just making up my entire health story. Even when I have a medical chart bigger and thicker than Texas. I wish I knew the names of these nurses but unfortunately I can't remember. But if they read this then they will know who they are. I'm usually not that easy 2 forget since I'm like a walking health book.Just thank you.P. S. I added a picture of myself, that way if these 2 women get to read this; then they hopefully can recognize me and understand what they truly did for me. Went in at 7:20 after checking their hours online (that are also posted on their door CLOSES AT 8 PM) looking to be seen, only to be turned away by a rude receptionist. There was only one other person in the waiting room. I asked if she could provide any recommendations as of what to do. She did not care to ask me what my symptoms were, just said u201cI donu2019t knowu201d. When I responded with u201cyou donu2019t know where a sick person can go be seen?u201d She said u201cI guess the ERu201d. Could not provide any help at all. The healthcare provider was standing in the back listening to the conversation and could also not be bothered. Absolutely no sympathy was provided. Would never return to receive treatment here again, they clearly do not care about their patients.

Horrible young receptionist who didn't know what she was doing??doctor did nothing. He told me to go to ER after seeing me for 3 seconds. I already sat for an hour in a room and payed 100$ bc apparently my insurance wasn't valid when after I left I called and there was nothing wrong with my champVA. Worst place I've ever been for care.

Very thankful to the medical staff who were very kind and caring when I was not feeling well following a procedure I had at the hospital. They took the time to listen to how I was feeling and trying to figure out what the problem was. I was upset and they listened and didnu2019t rush. thankful for great care
