The best urgent care experience we've ever had - and we've had many! We went in on a Saturday and were the only ones in the waiting room; the nurse Chris was an absolute joy and amazing with kids (even offered us water while we waited - that has never happened in any doctor's office I've ever been to!)nThe provider, Simone, was meticulous about figuring out symptoms, timeline, and clearly recommended tests strategically instead of just testing for anything. She was even the one who followed up a few days later, and the one who put in a new prescription when we needed it, literally right away while we were on the phone. I don't think we'll bother with any other urgent care in Omaha after this experience!

Brought my daughter in today and all of the staff were so welcoming and sweet!nKatelyn checked us in quickly and was super friendly, Jen was super nice and patient with my 8 year old.nWe didnu2019t have to wait long for the doctor. Nat. Robertu2019s came in and gave her diagnosis and was very informative on what to expect moving forward and how treatment will go. She was so nice and very sweet!!

I went to two other urgent cares closer to home that didnu2019t accept walk ins, but this one did and it was super quick and efficient! Got a quick resolution and I was on my way :) The entire staff (Carly and Natalie) were incredible kind and welcoming.
