They were able to diagnose quickly my UTI, prescribe medication and advise what my home care should involve in order for me to quickly clear the infection. The staff have been fairly nice on most occasions. Sometimes the wait is a little bit longer than expected. Great care received, with the exception of getting labs drawn by a staff member who did not use appropriate gloves for the venipuncture, not until I asked. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

I had to take a DOT drug test here for pre-employment screening. I originally was sent to Quest but there was a problem with the paperwork. So I was redirected to this St Lukeu2019s site. They were SO helpful. They really took the time to try to help me with the admin / paperwork problems including getting on the phone with the agency. They went WAY beyond the call of duty to help me sort it outu2026.both the intake staff person and the on call nurse who administered the test. Great people, very customer-focused.

Didn't receive treatment for reasons I was there, was discharged without warning before they confirmed I was well enough to go home. No IV fluids, meds for migraine and/or body aches. Meds were not even discussed for pain or cough. Was given a flu test, and when it came up negative they pushed me out. I'm an RMA, the treatment I received was severely lacking. They were not busy at the time I was there.

So slow! I was the only person in the waiting room, no one left, and I waited like an hour. Front desk lady was a little unfriendly too. She acted like I should have known to wear a mask. I hate when people in health care act like you should know whatu2019s wrong with you before you see a doctor or receive a diagnosis.
