I have used MD Now on several occasions over the years. There has never been a time when I was not greeted graciously, treated with the utmost respect & cared for like I was a great & important person. All staff are exemplary & work diligently to make sure you get the very best treatment as expeditiously as possible. The doctors, nurses & nurse practitioners are efficient, well-trained, kindly, caring souls who take your symptoms to heart & empathize with your condition. They make sure all due diligence is done to ensure your correct treatment plan & swift recovery. Iu2019m exceedingly grateful to be able to come to them when Iu2019m as ill as I am at present. I KNOW I am receiving the BEST CARE at MD Now on Okeechobee Blvd., West Palm Beach, FL!nYou should also be aware that they service the community by offering Vaccines & Lab Testing for jobs. I've been to MD Now several times when my primary care doctor wasnu2019t available, and theyu2019ve always been fantastic. The staff is consistently nice and friendly, and they get you in quicklyu2014no long waits. Their evaluations are very thorough, and it's a big plus that they have X-ray and bloodwork available on-site. Radiology reports come back fast, usually by the next day. The medical assistants are excellent at drawing blood, even from difficult veins. Shoutout to Matt at the front desku2014heu2019s always friendly and super helpful with paperwork. Honestly, I wish they could be my primary care! Iu2019m very happy to recommend this clinic.

Visit on 1/1nI had an outstanding experience at MD Now during my recent visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and efficient, and I didnu2019t have to wait long to be seen. The true highlight of my visit was the nurse practitioner Julia who cared for me. She was absolutely phenomenalu2014her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine compassion were evident from the start.nnShe took the time to listen carefully to all my concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and explained everything in detail, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. It was clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and is committed to delivering the highest level of care. I am just getting around to writing this review. I accompanied my husband to MD Now in October of 2024, when he was having back pain. It took a while for the doctor to be able to see my husband, so we had the opportunity to observe others coming into and out of the clinic. What stuck in my mind, and what I am compelled to write about despite my procrastinaton, was the incredible patience, care and compassion shown by the receptionist, Clarissa. Clarissa greeted each person warmly and helped them feel welcomed and in good hands, As they left, she was careful to make sure they understood the instructions they were given and answered questions with kindness and focused attention. She's a gem!
