The urgent care doctor was so knowledgeable i wish I would go there sooner. He explained all my concerns more than my own primary care would. This is my go to if anything goes for next time. They also helped me with billing issue that other urgent cares was no eager to oblige and wanted money upfront.

We're VERY fortunate, in this community, to have a skilled emergency care physician with excellent staff and a clean, organized, efficient office. I have been to Dr. Lum for an injury to my eye, several years ago, and very recently for stitches to treat a bad cut to my hand. The practice is wonderful, everyone who works here compassionate and sweet, and they accept a wide range of insurance plans. I've found this doctor to be a super-skilled diagnostician, who can quickly determine an effective treatment. I've sent loved ones and family members to Forest Urgent Care, because I very much trust the care I know they will receive. I think an excellent and unusual feature of Forest Urgent Care is that they offer follow-up care for emergency treatment. It's really an amazing medical practice, offering access to excellent care on an emergency basis.

Always helpful. Staff is friendly and efficient.nI miss Dr Lum but he has placed other good doctors in place.nItu2019s my go to even before I call my primary care. They donu2019t take appointments but I never waited long. Yesterday I was seen in 10 minutes. Prescriptions sent by the time I walked across to Walgreens.
