Came in today from a softball game where our daughter was hit with a ball. She ended up having a broken arm. Dr Naden was wonderful and very thorough! The nurses were also amazing casting her arm! Would def. return.

We absolutely LOVE this place and all their employees. Iu2019ve never been disappointed in any of them. In fact, we may overuse them because theyu2019re so efficient.nI routinely say Dr. Naden saved my life. I had severe abdominal pain and after examining me, he told me he could send me to diagnostics for an ultrasound but heu2019d prefer I went straight to the ER.nI ended up having emergency surgery after I got there. Infection had set in from a bowel issue.nThankfully we donu2019t have many emergencies like that, but when I have my upper respiratory issues coming on, they listen to me and treat me accordingly so it doesnu2019t get out of hand.

I did have to wait. So many people are sick. Everyone include the people waiting were kind and patient. The doctor (she) was thorough and explained any questions I had. I received two shots and also that young lady was great. I was written prescriptions for nausea medicine and antibiotic. Feeling better and will definitely use this place again.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Urgent Care tonight (Friday 1/17/25)! The nurses, techs, and Dr were all truly phenomenal with both my boys! They spoke directly to them, were so very patient, encouraging, and apologetic. The X-ray tech was so patient and sweet and interacted so well with both boys. When the Dr explained everything to my oldest he asked if he had any questions, my son asked what the scaphoid was (the bone in question) so he said u201cIu2019ll show you on your X-ray if you want to see it!u201d Of course he did, so he happily let both boys and myself follow him to a little office where he showed us the xrays and exactly which bone he was referring too. The nurse that did his splint explained every step she was doing, answered all his questions about the casting material and how it worked, and was so apologetic about causing him pain. My oldest son said even though he was in so much pain, he was loving his time there because he was getting to learn so many new things.

The front desk staff was amazing, polite and efficient as always!! Once I made it back to my exam room, Sonya Mink, NP (I donu2019t know all her acronym) was beyond amazing!! She really listened to me and took her time with my chest exam. I just completely connected with her and knew she was working for ME and my better health!! Thank you Ms. Mink!!
