This urgent care was great. I had called my GP to try to get in because I was not feeling well. They were not able to get me in and suggested I go to Urgent Care. I was thoroughly annoyed by this. I was recommended to go to this Urgent Care by a friend and I was beyond impressed by the level of care, thoroughness and the time the doctor, Mary, spent with me. I would recommend this site to anyone who needed care.

When my partner injured themselves later in the night, this was the only urgent care still open in the area. We got there about 15 minutes before they closed, but they could not have been kinder, more empathetic, or helpful! The entire staff was relaxed and friendly, which helped a lot, and the PA was very informative about what was going on and next steps. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Today I sliced my finger while I was working on a project. I was so distraught and upset because I knew that I would have to have stitches thatu2019s how deep the cut was. I had never had stitches before, but I knew that there was only one urgent care that I would go to that would give me the best care. That was urgent care now in Webster. From the moment I walked in the nurse Stefanie Made me feel so relaxed and was so caring and helped me to relax and taught me breathing techniques. She stayed with me the whole time and held my hand because I was extremely nervous. I have never had a nurse be so attentive to me before. The nurse Practitioner who gave me stitches Was so nice and patient with me she did a great job! The staff at this urgent care, exemplifies, caring, and compassion to all of the patients!
