Went to Trussville Urgent Care for the first time. What an amazing experience. The staff was amazing! From my experience with Ashley at the front desk which she had a pleasant and welcoming personality to Lori my nurse which was attentive, caring, professional and knowledgeable and Nina my nurse practitioner. She listened to my concerns and made sure they were answered. Super knowledgeable and super caring. I felt valued and confident in her expertise.nnThe entire staff was exceptional. They were very proficient, kind and caring.nnThe waiting room was clean and well maintained, which created a serene and comfortable environment.nnI am so grateful to each and everyone for getting me through a rough morning. I Highly recommend this facility!

We were on a cross country road trip, and my toddler contracted pink eye. We tried 3 urgent cares who wouldnu2019t see her because she was too young, before we finally found this one. I was a bit desperate! They got us right in and were friendly and professional at the front desk. The nurse practitioner was compassionate and really accommodating since we didnu2019t know which pharmacy to use. The facility was about to be closed for renovation, so there were some boxes and supplies piled up in the hallway, but the waiting room and exam room were fine. The TV was playing home makeover shows, which I totally appreciate, because so many places play the news, and itu2019s partisan and icky. HGTV is the way to go!

I have been sick for two days donu2019t if itu2019s the flu or Covid they call my name to check in and then tell me a higher copay then paid last time and lady said they charge me the wrong copay and I would getting bill on that and I had to for her supervisor to come to Approve cause I didnu2019t have the The right co-pay that I was supposed to be charged so I could be seen so I had to sit and still sitting worst place do not come
