Only person that showed any care. Was the young gentleman who was in reception. Once I was called to the back. That Endedud83dude1e Was greeted by two of the most, straight faced, uncaring people I have ever come across in the medical field. Had to ask them to do a flu or covid test to exclude that. Just don't think they even cared,nor wanted to be bothered. Yet there was no one else in the office ud83eudee4 it's really sad that when going somewhere that you need help. You're so quickly dismissed as a human being. I would never refer or ever ever go to this place again. Seems like most of the diagnosis is going out these days. Are that they have a sinus problem. Heard that from somebody coming out the door before I went in, and know about it from a friend of mine that went there days prior and then had to do the same thing I did. Go to the hospital. Called in something I told him I didn't need cuz I was no longer nauseous. Just to get paid for the lazy work. I am still so infuriated by the way I was treated and how they handle the whole situation at this urgent Care. These two people that are handling this place need to be put out of there. They are not in the field of compassion evidently for other people. Most people don't like to go to the doctor like myself, and they represent the quality of service that nobody wants. Thank you for making me feel like nothing. If they just cared it wouldnmake it better even if they didn't have a confident diagnosis.

It was everything you would expect. Extremely quick to get me into a room to talk to a dr. Everyone was very pleasant and respectful. Dr was an amazing person and didnu2019t make you feel uncomfortable. Always preferred to go that specific place would drive an hour to there just for the hospitality and friendliness alone.

It started off not the best but not because of the staff, we had an unexpected issue with the insurance.nAnyway, the lady at the desk was great and very transparent about all of the prices when we had to opt for self pay.nThen we get called back, our nurse isn't amazing. She was like visibly annoyed and like she didn't want to be there.nBut we loved the Dr, I forgot his name but he came in and checked everything out, walked us through every thing he was doing, what everything means and what likely happened and then he was super transparent about pricing for treatment, the lad that the desk came in and told us our current bill and made sure we knew where everything was.nThen when we got out our insurance was cleared up and the lady was super patient and helped us out and everything worked out.nThey even called today and asked how my bf is doing today and he was honestly perfectly fine as if he was never sick!
