We are full time travelers in our RV and we were staying near Casper when I was hit with kidney stones. My wife was able to schedule an appointment online for within an hour. We were also able to enter all our information online. We checked in upon arrival and were promptly seen . Everyone one there was professional, courteous, patient, and very friendly. I also had an additional question later in the day my phone call was returned promptly.

Well I just needed to get a physical and I was sure I had a sinus infection as well and for some reason my insurance wasnu2019t working because they never updated my address and the staff was super nice and checked it for me and she figured it out so nice of her so it went through. I waited only because I had to pay for one service and then my insurance covered one so they got it all done in a short time once I got back Sloan is awesome and every time I have to go there I hope to have her she is super nice and I really like her!!! Today was probably the best visit I had cause everyone there was awesome!

Took one of my boys here tonight and the check in process was efficient and smooth. It didnu2019t take long at all to be taken to a room and seen. Even though we were there until after closing time. Everyone was so kind and wonderful. The provider that seen my little boy was wonderful at explaining what she was doing and easing his fears. The experience was very pleasant.

Booked an appointment with urgent care after about a week with a sore throat and u00a0sinus pain. I am regrettably the type of person that will never go to the doctor but I am very glad I did. The nurse and u00a0provider were so nice and helpful and it took less than 30 min. Would definitely recommend.
