The staff at this clinic have saved me from more serious illness multiple times! I am so grateful to have an urgent care in Winfield. Most of the time your experience and outcomes with healthcare can be improved by clearly communicating symptoms and a timeline of worsening of symptoms. Also be able to explain how different these symptoms are compared to your baseline level of health and functioning. Ask questions until you understand the information they are giving you. I have always had a good response from this staff. Occasionally I have had to return for additional and follow-up care to completely heal, but that is not unexpected at times when a treatment needed to be tried first to see the outcome and help to determine the next step.

This is my second review of this facility and I don't do reviews. I generally drive to derby to the Emergency room because I don't feel there are any reasonable options in this area. Not to disappoint, this facility solidified my thinking, once again. Came in with a head injury, deep laceration and trauma. After checking in I was informed that there was some concern on which insurance provider would be covering the visit. After consideration I was told to contact my auto insurance to file a claim and to return with a claim number so that I might be considered for treatment for my deep laceration and trauma to my head. I went home to contact my insurance provider and was unable to get a claim number so I was turned away from this facility. At no point was there any concern or professionalism about my health or well being. It disgusts me and it's a sham that anyone would consider this type of health care a good fit for any community. To round out the farce, I am covered by two other health insurance companies. On the bright side, I am a masculine male and now have a lovely scar from a wound that should have, in my opinion, been stapled shut. Not sure about the trauma to my brain and other anatomy I guess we will never know. What a joke. P.S. It wasn't a car accident or anything of the like, my trunk hatch slammed on my head.

Every time I come here my concerns are met with kindness and sincere responses. The Dr's always listen. I get in and out. Within an hr. Not waiting for hrs like other local facilities.

Itu2019s simply ridiculous that this Urgent Care is closed completely for two days! I worked at a utility company for 38 years and we had coverage for all holidays.

My children and I have gone to this clinic since it opened we have always had excellent care and they have never been wrong with their treatments. I just want to thank the whole staff at the Urgent Care and let them all know they are doing a great job!!!!!! I think sometimes people forget when they go in there they are usually sick and maybe a little more sensitive than they usually would be. When reading some of the other reviews as I did I hope people will take that into consideration maybe itu2019s them because they are not feeling well and it might not be the staff. I give them 5 Stars they donu2019t have an easy job .
