I waited 45 minutes for my appointment in order to show up and the website said you provided x-rays. I advised the person behind the desk that it should not be published on the website if you donu2019t provide the service. I advised the nurses assistant the same thing and she said she always called ahead. I asked why would I call ahead if you provided it on the website? The doctor came in to the exam road and rudely advised me my appointment was canceled and I should go to the closest emergency room. I advised him the same thing, that you shouldnu2019t advertise on the website that a service is available if you cannot provide it. I immediately asked for a refund and the corporate office phone number, which I intend to call to advise that the doctor was rude and the service should not be advertised. That is how I feel about your service. I have been to this location before, and Iu2019ve usually received great service, but not today.

Very easy to make an appointment with various time slots available. Lobby was clean and spacious. Staff very friendly. Everyone listened to my needs and arrived at favorable solution. The educational material and print out of my visit was very helpful- thank you everyone.

My personal experience was good, I would generally say it was great however, the front desk receptionist ( Linda) was not very welcoming, upon entering the building the receptionist, who Iu2019ve found out later to be named u201c Lindau201d I was not greeted at all but rather looked through as if I were transparent. Once acknowledged after standing in front of Lindau2019s desk her attitude smelled! The first thing out of her mouth was u201c why are you hereu201d there was no eye contact at all!!nI stated my reason and was asked u201c whyu201d chuckling inside I almost requested a receptionist that valued his/her job and didnu2019t mind working to earn the paycheck received due to having clients.nHowever, I was greeted 30 min later by Angela , whom was picture perfect, excellent communication, very personable, and extremely kind! This woman definitely payed attention in nursing school with regard to great bedside manners. Along came Brian W , the Doctor, I could list a slew of reasons I would give Dr. W a 5 star review, but for starters I would sum it up by saying, phenomenal!!!!nI would hope that Linda was just having an off day and this isnu2019t typical, If this is how Linda behaves , I will pray for her and hope that she gets better before retirement.nGood day

I got in quickly and they were efficient with my initial exam. Unfortunately, the ekg machine was not working so I need to return tomorrow. They were kind about it.nnI do not understand why pre op physical charges are not able to be submitted for insurance reimbursement. My doctoru2019s office did not have An opening for me within the timeline needed before surgery. I had no other choice than to go to urgent care. Why canu2019t this be charged to insurance?

Women at the front desk were very nice.nI had to wait quite awhile before the nurse came to take me in and it wasnu2019t busy I was the only one in the waiting room for a good 20 to 25 minutes. Brian I had to wait for about 15 minutes in the room. Everyone was great just thought the wait was to long.
