This is the only urgent care I found in our area that is open 24 hours. We opted to go there late one night after stopping at the JC Med Center and seeing about 20 people in the waiting area. We drove to Erwin, parked directly in front of the building, and I was in with a triage nurse in less than ten minutes. This urgent care was staffed by a fantastic medical team, the former staff from the Emergency Room that used to be in Erwin prior to the Hurricane. They were professional, communicated well, ran the diagnostic tests I needed, and took great care of me.nnThey canu2019t do everything an emergency room can do, but they can do a lot. It is quicker, cheaper, and a wonderful benefit to our community.

Absolutely wonderful facility. Needed somewhere to go at 4am, we were in and out in an hour. Both nurses were incredibly kind and respectful and the doctor was phenomenal. He was very kind, gentle, and considerate in a very sensitive situation. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Uniformed doctor!!! The website said they could treat my eye infection, but lastly I was turned away because of the lack of experience from the dr and told me to keep using the same home methods Iu2019ve been using for months. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth, steer clear of this place for peace of mind. Wish I could put 0 on the rating
