Went in 4-08-25 to check for UTI. They said would be 3 days for culture to come back, and they would call me results. Got email for lab results in, couldn't get in to website. Called Urgent care they said come in to find out results. This was 9:32 in morning. I asked if I could find results and they call in prescription. They stated supervisor would call me back. I called back at 10:30, 12:10, 5:51 no one even answered the phone. Called back at 6:14 on my wife's phone they answered first ring. Transfered me to supervisor and she stated culture came back negative. I went to my doctor's office culture came back positive. Taking medicine now feeling better. What they displayed was unprofessional attitude and handling of me. Makes me think they even looked at my sample. I would never recommend this business. Go to hospital if have to. Costs more but treated fairly and professional.

Not even worth one star. I went in with a bad cough that I had almost for two months. The doctor said that I had a severe sinus infection and sent me home with two RX scripts, which did absolutely nothing for me. It was like the doctor couldnu2019t get me out of clinic soon enough. A week later I went to a different urgent care with my symptoms much worse. Dr rushed me in, ordered X-rays, and diagnosed me with bilateral pneumonia (double pneumonia) and said that I am a very sick woman. He said that the other urgent care doctor diagnosed me wrong and that I came to see him just in time. He said that the first urgent care doctor should have known better. Iu2019m still sick but getting better thanks to a knowledgeable and care Dr.

The staff were all kind and considerate. Accepted my Insurance, as I'm from out of town. My wait was only 5 mins and I was seen promptly by the provider.

I visited then Okeechobee Urgent care this afternoon. I am disgusted by the care of ARNP John Rhodes. He was yelling at staff. He did not listen to me as the patient. He didnu2019t check my heart or chest to listen to me breathing which I am asthmatic. He did nothing but say Iu2019m am the 40 something patient and try to give me a speech about bacteria. Itu2019s been nine days and things are not getting any better. I have asthma. I have sinus problems that Iu2019ve had surgery for I truly just wanted steroids. He couldn't give me a moment to talk. He stormed out of the room saying just give her augmentin thenu2026 He never looked at my chart to see that I am allergic to the penicillin family. If it was not for his amazing nurse, I couldu2019ve died by not knowing the medicine if I was not smart enough to look it up . Then ask the nurse if I could have a steroid because I just needed the swelling to reduce. The nurse looks so stressed by the constant yelling and snapping but was amazing and an advocate for the patients.
