I have been going to this urgent care since 2010. The staff has always been nice and the prices reasonable. In 2017 I was uninsured and had to get stitches. I paid less there then than I did today. Hillcrest has bought the place and now the admission fee is $300, just to get in the door! The doctor and nurse were nice. But I spent less than 5 minutes with each, which hardly seems worth $300. Then the steroid shot I received was an additional $180. I spent $480 for a 5 minute chat, where the doctor couldnu2019t say what caused my rash but gave me a shot. The receptionist was not rude but she wasnu2019t warm either. I got a little upset when she said I owed an additional $180, & I stopped myself because I knew it wasnu2019t her fault. But I donu2019t have insurance. You know who usually doesnu2019t have insurance? People who arenu2019t working. Do you think that I have extra money just laying around to pay a doctor $300 for 5 minutes? We didnu2019t sit on anything, or use anything, or contaminate anything. Now I get to choose between food and electricity, all while I get to pay interest fees over the next several months.nI used to like this place because they were reasonably priced and offered discounts for the uninsured.nNow itu2019s part of the corporate machine that doesnu2019t care about people, only profits.nWay to go. You donu2019t care about people anymore. I hope you are proud of yourself.

I have always had good care here but have frequently question their temperature swipe.nI have been freezing and taking my temp regularly and it has been from 103.8 to 100.8. I went in today because I feel like a bus hit me the girl took my temp with the swipe thermometer and it said 97.6 I said yeah thatu2019s wrong. She put me in the room I pulled out my oral thermometer and my temp was 101.7 I showed the Dr and he acted like no big deal. I tested positive for Flu A

Karol was amazing! I always have trouble getting my blood drawn but she drew some blood for me and she was so gentle and got it on her first try! She talked me through the whole thing. I really felt like she cared and had a very good knowledge of how to do it! So thankful she was there! All the other staff was very nice and helpful as well!

Last night, I took a fall and wasn't sure if I had broken my wrist. I initially went to the Access Urgent Care in Skiatook, but they couldn't assist me. I then decided to head to Owasso Urgent Care, and I was impressed by the experience. The wait time was short, and both the nurse and doctor were not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable. Even though it's a 20-mile drive from my home, I will definitely be choosing Owasso Urgent Care for my future needs. Thank you very much for your rendered service.

Staff was very helpful. I was injured while working, and I had to have a wheelchair for ambulation, they helped me with that, and helped me to my car, after my visit was completed. I also had an x-ray, and an ankle brace placed while there. They were very kind and helpful, and provided excellent patient care.
