We are visiting from out of town on vacation. I got there not long before they closed. I askes the man at the reception if I needed my insurance card with my name on it. I was going to send my husband to the condo to get it. Then, the lady Doctor refused to give me anything at all help. Not even a Z pack! I had to suffer all vacation! When I went to check out, the male receptionist asked me if I had an insurance card with my name on it!

Staff is so nice and helpful, my bf came in with pneumonia and they were able to help him right away. We also had to come in a different time for physicals and it was very easy and Dr Kappenman was awesome helping us out

Excellent care received here today. Kathleen Kearns was the provider who took care of me. She was extremely thorough, answered all of my questions and provided me with a treatment plan for me to follow until I return to my home state and see my PCP. I never once felt rushed.nWould highly recommend this Urgent Care facility and would also highly recommend Kathleen Kearns.

I had a terrible experience! I went in with aching ear pain for the doctor to tell me right away that I had strange symptoms before she checked me! I was sent home a couple minutes later with no prescription a a big fee to pay for only being in there for maybe 10 min! Iu2019m extremely upset and unsatisfied! Wonu2019t be going back in!

The service here is quick, and the personnel is very nice and friendly. The welcoming employees, the nurses, and the doctor were very nice. The out-of-pocket price is also manageable.
