This establishment is very clean. The staff are nice. Everyone speaks and says have a good day. The nurse I was with was very understanding. My doctor is very nice and understanding. He wants what's best for me and,in certain situations, offers alternative methods of care. Awesome place.

Dr very helpful and addressed all of my concerns. He took the time needed without looking rushed and I felt listened to my concerns.nMA very friendly, but she only introduced herself upon request.nI was the first pt to be checked in foran 8 am appt but 4-5 patients taken in before me and I waited 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be taken back to room.

Today was my second visit with Dr. Naina Lal. It is completely crazy to me that other physicians have taken months to get to the root of an issue, but Dr. Lal has gotten to in 1 appointment!!! Dr. Lal is not only a phenomenal Dr. who knows her stuff, but also such a kind hearted and down to earth person. Other drs over the years have made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about while explaining my ailments; Dr. Lal is not that way at all. She listens and I KNOW that I'm being heard. Anyone who spends more than 30 seconds with her will know she cares and is trying her best to get you feeling better and get you healthy so you can live your best life. If you need a Dr that truly listens to you and can help you get down to the root of your issues, do not walk, RUN to Oschners and see Dr. Lal. You will NOT regret it!!! She's truly the BEST!!!
