It was a very nice and clean facility when it was first opened but now it feels dirty. Thereu2019s obvious wear and tear of the walls, cabinets, and infrastructure (I get that comes with time) but it at least needs to be maintained. the waiting room seats, door handles and stain glass were streaky and appeared uncleared. It had an aura that I was going to get sicker by being there. The waiting room seats are bunch together closely in only in one areau2026 social distancing should be a thing still in hospitals.nOtherwise they were efficient and quick

I visited urgent care center at 7:45 p.m. due to a medical emergency. I understand your closing time is 8:00 p.m., but when I arrived, I was asked if I had an appointment. I explained that I was there as a walk-in, but was informed that walk-ins were not being accepted and was advised to make an appointment for the next day.I saw there it was not busy at all that time.nnI was a bit confused, as my understanding is that urgent care centers are designed to accept walk-ins for urgent medical needs without requiring prior appointments.

Online check in was easy. The wait time once arrived was minimal obviously the amount of patients may make that vary. I found the doctor and the admitting nurse were both fantastic. Answered all my questions and were friendly and calming.

Brought my son here for an illness that was exacerbating his asthma. After a nebulizer treatment done in the office his wheezing subsided and he was able to breathe clearly again. My normal doctor was on vacation. I was looking for an urgent care that had either an MD or PA on staff. I was happy to see PAs were in. I signed up online and was seen pretty quickly. Kind and efficient staff. My go-to if my doctor is unavailable now.
