Great staff and very clean facility. The physicians were very helpful and everyone was very knowledgeable with all the questions I had. I would recommend this place to anyone needing urgent and immediate care. They are open all week long. The hours are a little different on the weekends so make sure to just call ahead to make sure they are open. Great experience for an urgent care!

I have gone to the urgent care several times when I had health issues that needed immediate attention and was not able to get an immediate appointment with my primary Dr. I was always very satisfied. The wait time was very short. The Dr. was very through and professional. I was very impressed with her diagnosis and prompt treatment and her caring attitude. Even though Coastal is not in my Ochsner network, I chose to go there and just report to my regular doctors myself on the treatment because I can trust that they are giving me excellent care. I highly recommend them. .

Codi Fields, NFP was excellent--direct & very competent. The first contact nurse who took vitals (I'm sorry I do not recall name) was also extremely nice. This is my urgent care for all future needs and I will recommend Coastal to others. (My sister is going later today.) Thank you!

I have never been to an urgent care before, but today, I decided to go to get my right side evaluated. I have been in pain for a week, and the pain seems to not let up. I was greeted promptly and had a short wait before being called by Amanda. She was very professional, friendly, and attentive. The NP Codi came in, and I mean she was very professional, informative, and helpful asking many questions. I have never felt so comfortable and felt I was in good hands. These two women provided excellent care to me. I was given two shots and a prescription called in. By the time I got to my car, the pain on my right side was gone. I was pain-free, felt like myself again, and was able to enjoy my day. I appreciate Amanda and Codi and am so happy I decided to get checked. If I EVER need care after normal business hours, I definitely will not hesitate to return to Coastal Urgent Care with the hope of being seen by these two. What a wonderful experience! Thank you..thank you...Thank you! I feel great!
