I had a really disappointing experience at Morgan City Urgent Care recently. I took my son in after something got into his eye during baseball practice, and we were the only ones in the waiting area. Despite that, we ended up waiting an unreasonable amount of time without any updates or communication from the staff, which was frustrating.nnWhen we finally saw the Physician Assistant, Mathew Hebert, I was shocked by his attitude. He was incredibly disrespectful, sarcastic, and condescending throughout the entire visit. It felt like he was belittling us instead of providing the care we needed. This was especially upsetting given that I paid $150 out of pocket since they donu2019t accept Medicaid. I expected a much higher standard of care and respect for that amount.nnOverall, I left feeling frustrated and disheartened. Patients deserve to be treated with kindness and professionalism, especially when they're already in a stressful situation. I hope this review helps others be aware of the service they might encounter at this facility. I certainly wonu2019t be returning.

We have been going to UCMC since they first opened. My youngest had a virus the first time we visited, and Gabriel Beadle gave her excellent care. He always takes time to listen to you and he is very patient and through with his treatment and explanations regarding your situations. The staff has always been very nice and always go out of their way to help! I highly recommend their office. They do physicals for the kids, so that is helpful to just walk in and get that done quickly! Great people, great place! Go see them! :)

Staff is very friendly. They care about their patients. You're just not a patient to them, they want to know you on a personal level. They take their time with you to understand what is going on & make sure you understand what they telling you. I never felt like they were rushing me to see the next patient, no matter how busy they were. The clinic is clean. I will continue to go there when needed.

Great experience. My 3 year old Granddaughter was treated with compassion. They really took great care of her. After having a horrible experience at a near by urgent care. The receptionist was warm and friendly. The nurse was patient and kind. The Doctor was amazing he listened to what we were saying and took his time to figure out a solution to treat my granddaughter. I love this clinic. Thank you guys.
