Was able to make an appointment, which I suggest strongly. Signed in and was called to head back to be seen within 2 minutes. Zack at reception was helpful over the phone, Kelly the Medical Assistant was friendly and thorough. Jodi the Nurse Practitioner was great! Knowledgeable and gave clear directions on medications and at home care. I felt cared for by all the people I interacted with today. The facility was super clean. I love that this location is so close to my home.

The entire staff at the Brookfield location were amazing. The only complaint I would have was the hour wait for a scheduled appointment, especially when two people who came in after us were seen before we were. Otherwise, it was a seamless experience.

My experience at Urgent care was wonderful! I met with Dr. Jodi Lynn Dostaler. She gave me the feeling that she really cared. Dr. Jodi assessed my situation, she spent time speaking to us and followed up the next day with a call to check on me and provided my blood results.nThe nurse whose name I didnu2019t get was wonderful. Both the Dr and nurse made me feel like I was being taken care of.nWhen needed, I would not hesitate to go back.
