The office is warm and welcoming, not like usual the cold waiting rooms I am used to at an urgent care. The staff was kind to us and they really listened. We have been here multiple times and they always make us feel like we are in good hands.

What a horrible place this has become! Let me first say, I have very high regards for some doctors and nursing staff there. They are great! With that said, today I waited at least an hour to see the doctor. Thr word URGENT doesn't seem to get past the front door here! I blame the owners and management! They do not have enough help here. Only one doctor on a Saturday when your regular doctor's offices are closed. Ridiculous!! Also, the poor lady up front was all alone trying to help walkins, answer the phone and run insurance verification! Two people are needed up front as well! This place is cheap and only thinks about the bottom line, MONEY!! First question soon as your in the door, what insurance do you have and you have a forty dollar copay! So owners and management, I know this will probably never reach you, but in case it does, CLEAN UP YOUR ACT!! Supply the proper staff that can help! I'd much rather have been home doing something else than seeking medical help because I was in need.

This is my no1 urgent care to go to. They take great care of you and are extremely professional and friendly. Iu2019ve never had to wait very long, and if I did (in the crazy Covid days), they allow you to wait in your car if you choose. I had an exceptional team of Joy, PA, And Olivia, medical assistant take care of me after a bad fall in my bathroom. Iu2019m never going anywhere else. ud83dude0au2764ufe0f
