Have to give credit where credit is due. I brought my mom here because going to her primary would have taken months for an appointment. The Nurse practitioner, Ashley was very nice and was very caring towards my mom. The medical assistants were pleasant as well. The front office staff was great and when I called the next day with a question in regards to a medication, the front office staff took care of it right away. Canu2019t say enough great things. The facility was clean and we were in and out in no time. My mom was also very happy with her visit. Highly recommend!

In town with horses for the week. Needed some TLC for my chronic back pain. Choose this location from online search and boy was I glad I did. Fast in and out and followed my lead on course of action to solve my problem. The front desk to the doctor was spot on. They fixed me up and had me back in the saddle the next day. Followed up next day to make sure I was doing well. 1000000% recommend this place. Thanks for helping me get back in the saddle again.

I had been experiencing severe muscle spasms in my neck for about 4 days. At first I thought, Iu2019ll give it a couple of days and it will go away. That wasnu2019t the case, it continually got worse. I called into Urgent Care for an appointment. There were plenty of times to choice from and it wasnu2019t far. They even gave me the option to prefilled all the paperwork. I arrived 10 minutes early. There were no other patients in the waiting area. I thought that is a good sign right? However I waited for 40min to be called back, and then another 10 minutes for the Dr. to finally come in to see me. The Dr. was super friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding. Other than the long wait time, I would definitely come back

I feel Iu2019m being generous with the stars probably should only be a 2.5. I saw Jessica and it seemed like she did not care a bit. I went in with an issue with my hand and needed to figure out what was going on. Expecting someone to actually take the time and look at it and get a full examination of the issue. Neuropathy in my right hand minimal in my left hand. She barely touched my hand and asked if I could feel that. I said yes. She asked me to do some strange thing with my hands together at the wrists and bend them well I can only go so far due to my arthritis and she says yup carpal tunnel you need to go buy a brace and wear it until you can get surgery. No concern about non use of my hand to write or anything else. Told me I could buy one from them at the cost of $50 no charging my insurance. Felt pushed out the door without concern for my actual injury. And surgery with who!! Not recommending to go here if you have to see her I felt like I was bothering her yet the place was empty. Time to go to the standalone ER for a real diagnosis. Disappointed did not even throughly take the time to assess what was going on I walked in at about 3:00 pm and was back in my car driving away at 3:10 pm. Not a great experience nor feel she even cared. Can say a year ago the help was much better.

Took my son to be seen and we were in and out in less than 30 mins, and a prescription was sent to the pharmacy asap. Everyone was friendly and professional. He was seen by the doctor as soon as we were taken to a room without having to wait so long. I know everyone's experience may not be the same, but I'd def recommend and hope it goes just as smooth for others.
