I had to take my 13 year old son in yesterday just before they closed for a fractured wrist. We were seen quickly. Everyone was friendly and efficient. They did x-rays and completed the diagnosis. I chose to get the wrist brace from CVS instead of getting it at the doctor through insurance (it would have been astronomical). The staff was super supportive and kind. I'm so thankful that they were able to get us in.

Visited over a week ago and was happy with visit and how fast I was able to get in and out, but still wasnu2019t feeling well after a couple of days and was told by provider at visit that I could call and request antibiotics if still not well. As of today, a week and 3 days since first being seen-no one has returned my calls. I have left two VMs and explained in detail both times what was needed and no return call has been received. Not great customer service!! Wonu2019t be returning!

I saw Ellen P.A.-C this weekend for a corneal abrasion after my eye doctoru2019s office (Athens Family Vision) never responded to my phone calls and messages. Ellen was GREAT! So knowledgable and gave amazing patient care. Made me feel comfortable in seeing her, even after my eye doctoru2019s office never got back with me and I felt at a loss. Thank goodness she was there to take care of me!

Front office staff is super unorganized and rude, I have been coming due to a workplace injury for 3 months (to this specific location), come in for a final visit to get cleared, and they u201chave no informationu201d regarding me.nnI have also came with a set appointment, and when I arrived I was informed u201cwe donu2019t do appointmentsu201d when it is written BY THE DOCTOR on my paper.nJust seems the front office staff need some training on your systems and some kindness!nnDoctors and back staff are absolutely fantastic, super kind and caring!

Turned away when they still had 18 min to close. If your clinic closes at 7:12 then please change your hours to 7:12 or place a note on the clinic door letting the public know.
