I was very sick and they were very attentive, very professional, courteous professional! They were, what I would say, a true blessing to me today! The place is fine, the workers do their best but unfortunately these place lack of essential equipment for an URGENCY, I did not receive any treatment or help at all for my pain. Basically I just lost my time, get labs that will not work for my pain and paid them for a service that did not resolve my illness. As a PA student, I will never send somebody back home without a response or treatment. Doctors are supposed to help patients as the hippocratic oath demands.

I couldnu2019t get in with my regular doctor in a timely manner to treat an urgent matter. I was able to schedule an appointment next day. They send you digital paperwork and I didnu2019t need to spend an extra 10 minutes filling out in the waiting room.nnThe front desk staff are very friendly and I only had to wait a few minutes to get called back. The nurse was friendly, listened to my concerns, and explained what the doctor was going to do.nnDr. Odell was very professional, listened intently and told me everything that he was going to do. He was upfront about the procedure being painful and made sure to handle the treatment with care. I was in and out with instructions, prescriptions, and a follow up in less than an houru2019s time.nnIu2019m pleased with how Iu2019m healing and I recommend this urgent care for anyone with a urgent need.
