I don't understand how people afford to go here. After my insurance paid I got hit with a $500 balance. $1100 for flu test? $300 new patient fee even though I've been there before. Was told that they had to update my records and that's $300. Craziness

I canu2019t say much for this place, seeing how I never made it past the disrespectful receptionist. As I was speaking to the receptionist, she had her head down and on her personal cell phone. I couldnu2019t understand what she was saying to me until she finally laid her cell phone down, rolled her eyes, and opened the window to repeat for the third time that they were no longer accepting patients for the day.

My wife has called twice this week to be seen and they have turned her down, saying they canu2019t accept more people. This is ridiculous twice this week and canu2019t even see her for a few minutes and they donu2019t even close till 5pm Aweful!!!!!!!!!!

This place is fantastic. I work in Russellvile but live in alcorn county Mississippi. I have psoriatic arthritis and was having a bad flare up. To go to my regular dr I would have to take the day off so I decided to try somewhere local. I am so happy I did. From the front desk to the back they were so great and caring. They took great care. The best is the offer of help in the future with any more flare ups. This meant so much to me. Definitely a God send. I am very appreciative of the service I received here. Thank yu2019all very much.
