We are from out of state on vacation, my daughter cut her hand late on a Sunday. We were seen within minutes. They had no problem taking an emailed photo of my daughteru2019s insurance. They accept most insurance which is great. The 2 receptionists got us checked in quickly and were very detailed being sure they got all our information correct.nJulie was our PA. We had a male nurse who was very gentle with her taking a lot of time to be sure she was comfortable. Julie was INCREDIBLY patient and understanding treating a young anxious child who needed stitches. I canu2019t say enough nice things about how sweet and kind she was to my daughter. Double checking the lidocaine to be sure sheu2019d be as comfortable as possible. Her stitches look like a surgeon did them.nAll in all Iu2019d give this office a 10/5! Kindness, courteous, polite, empathetic and quick. Bringing her water and a cold pack when her stomach hurt from being nervous. Telling her what a brave girl she was after each stitch.nWarm, professional and inviting.nHighly recommend this office.

I went in to get a work physical. Was taken care of promptly. The medical assistants were very nice and respectful. The Physician Assistant Ted P. was super knowledgeable, had great bedside manner and was very caring. I will come again if need it without hesitation. I left there with good energy!

First, I want state I have only been to urgent clinic 2x in my adult life. My first experience was at another clinic company. That experience left me quite traumatized because it was the being of co-vid out break and the staff at that clinic were unprofessional and refused health service when I needed it the most.nnThis Urgent clinic at this location, will be my last time looking for services at local ER clinics. I came there late night after a 12 hour work shift w/ sprained forearm and drove 18 minutes to this location on Monday, April 14. And front desk guy w/ black hair and lite eyes was not as warmed as I hoped. He seemed annoyed and showed hints of micro aggression.nnHowever, he did work with me and made sure I got seen that night. However I was suppose to follow up the next day to get x-rays. But I couldnu2019t bear with dealing with someone who looks annoyed or disdain providing me service in my time of medical need.nnAs a service industry worker, I try really hard to show passion to my fellow comrade in our field, especially when it visible they are not well. Unfortunately I didnu2019t experience that same kindness 100% with front desk guy.nnI couldnu2019t even use the restroom until I gave my identification to front desk guy after driving 18 minutes to see you guys instead going to Palm Beach Gardens ER that was 5 minutes away from me.ud83dude1ennThe only positive I have to say THANK YOU so much to Theodore A Pantaridis, PA-C. You went above and beyond for your fellow service industry worker. I wish you long and healthy life.ud83dude42

Excellent excellent excellent experience. From the moment we walked in to the time we left. They were caring, efficient, took the time to make sure we understood everything they were doing and/or checking for. Will definitely go back to them should we need an urgent care even though they were not the closest to my home. Definitely 5 stars. But be aware that at night it almost looks like they are closed.....the lights were not so bright.

Took my mom here while she was visiting after getting a cellulitis infection in her leg. We came for 2 weeks. Met the entire staff. All were exceptional!!! Polite , professional and caring. Dr. Shariff although not always on site was sent pictures every visit to evaluate the wound. I highly recommend this facility. Thank you all!!!!
