My daughter had an unbelievable amount of wax in her ears. It was hindering her hearing. The Dr's and nurses took their time and removed it all. They made her comfortable and were making us all laugh. It was not the 2st time visiting and won't be the last. Making an appointment is quick and easy when you can't get in too see your regular physician.

This was the second time I've seen the physician at his place. He is very knowledgeable and has great communication skills. He explained a complex medical info to me in a way I could ubderstand and grasp.He also was very compassionate and good sense of humor goes a long way. A+ to that doctor there. I want to give a compliment to the Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care in Glastonbury, CT. I went there on December the 8,2024. I didnu2019t have to wait. I was a walk in on a Sunday. I received ExcellentnPatient Care from Dr. Sherwood and Doctoru2019s Assistant Caitlin. Nicole at the front desk made sure I got right in to see the doctor.nI went back today December 18, 2024 for a follow up. I saw Dr. Ryan and Caitlin the Doctors Assistant and received the same Excellent Patient Care from both of them. Chris was at the front desk and made it easy for me to see the doctor . The entire Staff makes sure you are taken care with the Best Patient Care. They are kind, caring, friendly, compassionate, gentle, knowledgeable and Professional at all times.
