Came here va c&p examu2026 PA Megan and her nurse was amazing .staff was nice and honestly out of all the va appts I been to (over 7) this by far was the best and made me feel the most comfortable. Honestly 10/10 experience. I feel like they let me speak about my pain and injuries. Regardless of my outcomeu2026 Iu2019m happy with this place.

Iu2019ve been going here since I moved to Atlanta, the team does great listening to you and not making you feel like youu2019re bothering them when you come in. Shout out to Cindy, onenof the physicians here. Shes amazing and has been a great help for about 4 years now. She really cares how you are doing and listens and wants to help any way possible. 10/10 experience would highly recommend.

I've been going here since 2010. This place sets the gold standard for healthcare I've had in the States. Never a wait paste my appointment times. Always friendly, accurate and compassionate care. I've never had a better experience at another doctor's office. GD help you if you go to a Piedmont or Emory clinic.nnI don't know about the negative experiences a few people had. My experience has always been great with them.

I walked into this place and the lady behind the desk Gretchen treated me like I was a number and didn't care about me as a patient or person. I had just driven a nearly an hour and was caught in traffic a few times but when I walked in she simply said to me you're more than 15 minutes late I was 20 minutes late and we have a policy you're going to have to reschedule with QTC do you have their number. That's the kind of customer service she shows a veteran that's injured that's driving over an hour away and there was no care for me as a person or my time. I don't know why QTC chooses Buckhead primary urgent Care when they clearly don't care about their people all they care about is the money I will never go here again Gretchen should be retrained or fired

i go here every month, the clinic is always clean and they have even accommodated getting me in earlier for appointments when i arrived early. sometimes there's a longer wait but it is a doctor's office and i understand things can happen last minute emergencies they can't prepare for; however, even if the wait is long they have always gotten me out on time.nthe doctor took the time to not only review and refill my prescriptions but has also gone out of her way to help me with my skin issues and blood pressure. i didn't even need to schedule an extra appointment. love this place and will continue going back.
