The check-in process was quick and efficient, I would recommend registering online Before you arrive.nThe medical team was incredibly professional and compassionate. They took the time to listen to my concerns for my son and provided thorough explanations about his condition and treatment options. I appreciated their patience and willingness to answer all my questions.nThe facility itself was clean and well-organized. I was in and out in no time, thanks to their efficient service.nOverall, I highly recommend Beaumont Urgent Care for anyone in need of prompt and quality medical attention. Went in for my 11 year old daughteru2026 we got in quickly and everyone there was friendly. 3 people ended up needing to help and they talked my daughter through it, tried to calm her nerves, made her laugh and were just overall really sweet and encouraging. And got the job done successfully . We both left happy. Best urgent care experience Iu2019ve had.

I went in this morning for a cold that isnu2019t going away. The staff at this location seem really unhappy. The front desk receptionist and the nurse who took my vitals didnu2019t smile one time. There was no warm greeting or any type of kindness from either of them. Not to mention I paid for my visit this time and didnu2019t have to pay at the desk last time so zero consistency with that which is scary from a patients point of view. And after reading other reviews it sounds like I am not the only person being charged the same amount which ended up being incorrect. There is zero reason why people who work in customer service canu2019t be nice. Zero. Especially to people who feel sick. The provider was the only person I had a positive interaction with. The two stars is for her and the fact that I was in and out within 40 minutes, probably because I was the only patient there.

Best Urgent care!! Doc was very informative and caring. She really took her time to help me. I had recently went to another Urgent before this one and the Doc wasn't nice and was trying to force a pain shot just to get me out. I went here and they ran test and really got some answers on what the reason of why I was in so much pain. 10 out of 10! They really care about their Patients here! ud83dudc9d

Stand clear if you can. PA Dana is not very compassionate at all. She was more concerned with getting smart & snappy ant me. Such a terribly lady. Very distasteful. Iu2019m in pain and sheu2019s trying to be smart. Just terrible! Some people should not be in healthcare. Then I overheard her and Jamie the front desk girl laughing about why Iu2019ve waited a week with pain. Jamie at the front desk was just as bad & tried to turn me away several times. They didnu2019t want to care for me & should be out of jobs if they donu2019t like to care for people. Was not treated at all, was just told to go to the ER. But of course billed. I wish people had more compassion..they certainly lacked it here.
