I arrived early and was given paperwork early to fill out so I was ready to be seen when they opened. Alicia was an amazing nurse; she was kind, thorough, and attentive. Crystal, the Dr. was kind, a dog lover (I was being seen for a dog bite from my own dog due to breaking up a fight), and made sure I received everything I needed to address the wounds, the infection, and the pain. The waiting room and restroom were clean and tidy. The front staff was kind and calm. I will definitely return for care when needed.

If you like wasting your time while the doctor scrolls through her phone, and being exposed to illness, this is the place for you.nThe u201cdoctoru201d Crystal, was literally blowing snot out of her nose consistently, not wearing her mask, all while scrolling through her phone instead of helping patients. When I called her out for being Visibly sick, and most likely infectious, her response was, u201cwell Iu2019m Covid testedu201d.nWe left, and will never be back.

This place was awful. I was one of the first people in when they opened and they had me wait in my car. An hour passed and I watched all the propels that came in after me leave. Finally they called me for a phone visit from the parking lot and whoever I talked to was very unfriendly. They said someone would call me about results and I had ta call a few hours later and ask about results and request medication because I couldnu2019t eat. Overall it was very disappointing. Iu2019m glad I only have to go to urgent care when my own provider isnu2019t available.

Came here after 3 weeks with a terrible head cold. Had a wonderful experience from check in to leaving. The new patient process was easy and quick, I was seen within 15 minutes to get my heart rate/oxygen level and a quick history, then only waited about 5 minutes to see the doctor. Everyone was friendly and helpful and it was nice to be listened to! At other urgent cares they would just tell me to come back in a month if I was still sick. Here, the doctor did a few tests and it was determined I had a sinus infection, so I was prescribed antibiotics. Loved it here! Worth the drive to Silverton to be seen here. Definitely coming back when I need to head to urgent care again.
