Arrived at 8:03 am on Sunday April 27th. Welcomed but was told to get my phone and scan code. Not offered an iPad. Print very small on my phone. I did ALL THE work. Finally asked the desk clerk for help. She reluctantly helped me. Andrewu2019s Sports Medicine has simpler method. Since in Vestavia average age is well over 60 I suggest a change at check in at least at this location. Saw at 9 am Nurse was very helpful and efficient. PA was very good as well. Very clean. Iu2019ll go back but check in should change.

Amazing experience!! I came in the day after Thanksgiving with sinus crud and Dara was great. I appreciated her attentiveness. She talked to me through each test she was giving as well as how I was doing. I always appreciate people, especially when youu2019re not feeling your best. It really makes a difference!

Everyone was extremely nice and patient with me. However, I really want to give a Huge THANK YOU to Dara! She drew my blood on this visit and was extremely patient and encouraging. I do not handle taking needles very well and she did it perfectly. I hardly felt the needle. Thank you guys for your help and suggesting a primary care physician to me! The service was very fast and I got the help I needed! The woman working the front desk was so nice and helpful - I believe her name was Darah. Definitely recommend! This was the best AFC experience Iu2019ve had!
