The girls at the front desk were very polite and nice. I didnu2019t wait long in the waiting room.. maybe about 10/15 mins but once I got into an exam room, I did have to wait for the doctor for awhile. It also was busy there though so i understood why it took some time for him to see me. But other than that, the trip went well and I highly recommend urgent care in Throggs Neck. I was taken care of and the doctors explained everything in great detail for me to understand.

It's flu season and the wait was horrendous. I waited 2hours 45 minutes before I was called in. I think there should be more than just 2 doctors working. I think that would help the wait time in the waiting area. Been there many times before and never waited this long. My visits have never passed 45 minutes between checking in and out. I have to say the staff is very nice, cordial and helpful. The office is very clean. The doctor was rushing although he was nice but I understand. I called back to ask in regards to my meds and I got an answer right away.nPlease consider getting more doctors.n4 stars only because of the wait

Went there with my son was a in and out thing which was incredible. There was a young lady I think her name was Cristina. Very nice and respectful. I thought she was a supervisor because she presented herself like one. Gave me all the right answers and very professional. Place was very clean and the staff was excellent.
