Nova Medical Center was a great place to go, I was able to get everything done smoothly with helpful, polite and kind staff. It was a good experience. Even though I was nervous getting my D.O.T. Med Card for the first time, the people who work there made me feel at ease and made it Enjoyable. Thanks Nova Medical Center!

Won't even give them a star but I have to in order to post this...the person who I had to deal with was totally unprofessional, rude and made me feel like I was a criminal doing a drug test for parole. Attempted to force me to retest not even a minute after peeing the first time. Tried to inform me my urine was tampered with and that I had to retest in front of her. Like excuse me I don't have any reason to alter the urine nor do I even know how. I had to drive an hour to go get treated like a junkie to do a pre employment drug test to be told I had to do it again right then regardless that I had an hour before I had to get my child from school. Sorry but I don't pee on command nor can I a minute after doing it the first time. I have decided that after the humiliation and unprofessional staff that no job is worth that kind of crap. Any job from now on that requires a drug test from this place can rest assured I will not go.. send me to the hospital or a DR office NOT a cut rate false medical center without real professionals!

Waited up front for 15 minutes before someone came out to assist. Only after asking though. Then when paperwork was done I asked how long until I get pulled back because I could go next door quick to pick up some groceries. Was told 10 minutes max. Took 53 minutes until I was called back.
