The front office staff was very pleasant as well as the assistant taking my blood pressure and pulse. The NP Lena was very rude and discourteous in the way she handled me. I felt as if she wasnu2019t listening to anything I was saying and acted as if I didnu2019t know my own symptoms. I would ask for a different NP if I ever go back. I gave them 2 stars only because of the other staff that were there.

Lena NP was very kind and considerate when listening to my motheru2019s concerns. Due to the lack of resources this facility had (ex ultrasound/CT scan) she sent us to the ER bc she was afraid that my mother had a clot in her lung and in her leg. Lena was correct!!! My mom went to the Cath Lab the very next day!!

Excellent and expedient care! All staff from check-in until leaving were professional and thorough. Nurse Practitioner Nicole Richards has a most pleasant bedside manner! This is definitely my first choice!

Never going back here again. Got back fast and waited a half hour to see an NP, then another 20 for x-rays, then ANOTHER 2 HOURS to wait for the x-rays to not even be read. Then sent home with no ace bandage or crutches. I can't even walk without pain and my leg is numb. But okay, I guess that's not an immediate care problem according to Jean and the radiology tech. No pain meds either.

If I could give it no stars I would. 2 hour wait receptionist Kimberly is very rude and nonchalant itu2019s like she wants you to not get seen. Finally got back to see the NP she was horrible she doesnu2019t know whatu2019s sheu2019s doing at all her name was Jean the other NP Heidi is way better and professional I wouldnu2019t recommend anyone going here for something serious I only came to get my ears flushed and they couldnu2019t even do that right NEVER AGAIN
