I was there yesterday for my daughters who both are sick. I came 30 mins before closing, everyone was super amazing and helpful. Unfortunately I canu2019t remember their names. There was a lady at the front desk, she was so helpful and patient! The male doctors/nurses were AMAZING and so was the female doctor. My 4 yr old said u201cthese doctors are super niceu201d.

This was a great experience. I appreciate everything from the cleanliness, the kind man at the front desk, to the intake professional, to the medical care. Everyone in their own role was courteous, kind, and efficient. When you are not feeling well, and you have braced yourself for the unknown, receiving excellent care was very humbling. Thank you for those who worked on the 4th of January. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Wow, such a great experience here today. Everyone I encountered was kind and treated me with respect. My concerns were taken care of and I left feeling valued! Thereu2019s also a fish tank in the lobby! Which simply does not matter but I love fish ud83dude02 Iu2019ve been to a few urgent cares in the area and they pale in comparison. Iu2019ll be back for my urgent care needs for sure.

I went to my appointment at UrgentCare Indy. I needed a fill in. I was numbed and after the medicine kicked in, the Dr proceeded to start the work. The numbing medicine did not work enough , I attempted to notify the Dr but she wasnu2019t able to see my signal or acknowledge how uncomfortable I was. Once I finally had gotten her attention, she gave me more numbing medicine. She waited like 30 seconds then started again. I was still in agony and lifted my hand as the agreed signal. She ignored me. I have never been treated in such a manner. I didnu2019t realize how much it impacted me until I went in for service at another facility. I believe the Doctor is Dr. Inna Grishin.
