Visit was great. I have a double ear infection. Gave me some antibiotics and ear drops. Took one of the antibiotics day 1 as it was late in the day. Next morning took another one and within a couple of hours my hand was trimmering whenever I held something. Got online and looked at side effects, and under not common side effects trimmering in hands was listed. As I've never had an issue I called to let them know this medication isn't going to work I'm having some complications. Dr calls back 4 hours later saying we've never had anyone complain about this issue you'll have to come back in and then we can give you a different antibiotic. Really?!? Straight money grab!!! I'll just use the drops and if that doesn't work I'll find someone else to give my money to going forward.

Stacie Cooper saw my infant for bilateral ear infections. He has had chronic ear infections and we were very thankful for her competent care, thorough explanation and treatment plan, and she even followed up to check on him. They also are open longer hours than the Urgent Care in Kimberly. We will be taking our kidos to Urgent Care South to see Stacie from now onud83dudc4d

These medical professionals are some of the very best Iu2019ve ever had the pleasure of being a patient of!! They go out of their way to help you!! I had my elderly dad there today and they were so very professional and knowledgeable with everything thing he needed and texted me information that I needed later on for my dad!!! My husband has use them, I myself have use them and many friends and family I have uses them too!!! I just want to thank them and recommend them for others when - ever anyone many needs medical care !!! God bless you guys at the Urgent Care South !!! Love you all !!!! CThomas

I do NOT recommended this place! Claimed they couldnu2019t verify my insurance because itu2019s BCBS OF TN. Made me pay out of pocket with no answer to how long it would take to be reimbursed.nnThen, I was u201cin lineu201d through their online portal. Said I was 4th in line and to be here at 12:41.nI walk in at 12:32 and I get a message saying u201cweu2019re sorry you missed your apptu201du2026. I walk in and the lady at the desk says u201cyouu2019ll have to get in the back of the line behind 6 people! Thereu2019s not even 6 people in the waiting room.nnVery unorganized and the person at the desk really has no idea what sheu2019s doing. I would recommend going to the ER before coming here.
