Dr. Gabriella Snow, MD a member of the medical staff at Kettering Health Beavercreek, located at; 3095 Dayton Xenia Rd, Suite 100, Beavercreek, OH 45434. Despite your efforts to oversee my wife's medical needs, significant administrative errors and delays have severely impacted her ability to receive timely and appropriate care.nSpecifically, referrals to essential specialists, including a cancer research center in Cleveland and dermatological experts, have been mishandled repeatedly. Incorrect fax transmissions and communication errors have caused unacceptable delays in her treatment process, adding undue stress to what is already a challenging health journey. This level of incompetence is deeply troubling and raises serious concerns about the reliability and efficiency of your system.nAs patients, we should not have to endure such barriers to accessing critical healthcare services. I trust that your facility will take immediate steps to:n- Address and resolve the specific administrative errors that have occurred.n- Implement measures to improve communication and referral processes.n- Ensure all patients are treated with professionalism and compassion moving forward.nI urge your team to review these issues and provide a clear plan to prevent further mistakes. My wifeu2019s well-being should be the priority, and I expect this matter to be taken seriously.nnThank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

With a painful back episode, I visited the Care Center on a Saturday morning with no appointment. I was provided extremely professional and personal care with a diagnosis and medicine I am sure will be effective. I interacted with the three staff on duty, Dr. Doug Klein, Jennifer the nurse, and the receptionist whose name I'm sorry I missed. All three were very caring and professional. It was a good experience. Thanks to them. Rusty Gideon

We had a very pleasant experience. Our provider Cynthia was one of the most caring providers I have ever had. She was thorough, polite and caring. She was not rushed and took time to listen to me. The nurse Jessica was wonderful as well.

I went in for an injury to my foot. I was treated so well by the staff. I was in and out very quickly even with needing X-Rays. Everyone explained to me what was going on so I understood what the treatment process was as they were treating me. 10/10 would recommend to come here. Thanks for such a great experience during my time of need.

The Nurse Practioner was great! Very thorough, kind, and very perficient but the wait time was ridiculous!!! When I came in, they said there was a 2 hour wait. It was actually a 3 hour wait!!! The wait time is ridiculous!!! Something needs to change for the better of the patients.
