I had a nasty fall and put off going anywhere for 2 days. I finally gave in and went to this Urgent Care to make sure nothing was broken. My knee is extremely painful to bend and when it does, it makes some really nasty crackling noises. The knee also has heat to it and very swollen and bruised. The doctor never touched me and never even came within 4 feet of me. He did an x-ray at my request, and told me he could prescribe me some ibuprofen when it was clearly documented that I was already taking 800 mgs of Ibuprofen when needed. He spent less than 90 seconds in the room with me. Worst Urgent Care experience ever!

My 3 year old developed what I suspected was an ear infection yesterday (a Saturday) so she was brought to this office this morning because I didnu2019t want her to suffer without antibiotics the remainder of the weekend. The doctor here confirmed she had an ear infection but would not give her antibiotics. He said he didnu2019t feel comfortable having her under his care due to her fever (101.9) and insisted we take her to the ER. We did and had a 5 hour wait, were exposed to countless germs and Iu2019m sure we will have a huge bill. All to get antibiotics for an ear infection. My daughter could have been resting comfortably at home all day. Iu2019m furious and will never take her here again.

Such a pleasant experience! The staff was very kind and nice, and were overall concerned with the issue that was bought to their attention. There was barely a wait time, and we saw the doctor immediately. Dr. Hardiman is a very kind and caring physician who asked questions and got down to the route of things. He's outstanding, and made our visit that much better! I would recommend this clinic to anyone!

Worst walk in ever. I had excruciating pain in my back and the Dr walked in looked at me and said it's back pain you have no other symptoms, he didn't even ask me if I did or let me tell him. Said he'd write a rx for muscle relaxers and left. Literally 30 seconds. I asked the nurse if my urine was clean she said yes. Obviously they didn't check it because I ended up going to the er via ambulance with a kidney stone and bladder infection. I will never go back here and recommend no one else does.

Came in for extreme fatigue, runny nose, sore throat. They're out of flu tests, but I'm also worried it's not flu since I have no fever. Told front desk all of this but no one mentioned that they don't do blood tests. Nurse asked my height and weight instead of taking them, didn't ask any specific questions about my symptoms. And the doctor didn't ask any questions about my symptoms. I told them my symptoms but I still forget things sometimes and having someone ask is nice. I did not have a nice experience here. The only upside was that they didn't do an exam, so they marked me as not seen so I was able to walk away and make a better choice. All this after sitting there for 2 hours.
