My wife and my experience was a little mixed, the back office was perfect, the nurses were amazing. My only complaint is the front desk, the secretary was completely rude. He seemed to not know what he was doing. For a clinic, I would expect a little bit more professionalism when people are coming in with certain needs.

The service was excellent from the time I entered and spoke with the front desk administrative Renee Williams, whom was most patient, understanding, helpful and professional. Once I was called into the treating room to see the physician, the nurse Ms. Renee Williams was very attentive with listening to my medical concerns and pain complaints. Nurse Williams was very professional, knowledgeable and gentle. Once Dr. Phillip Dillard came in to speak with me, advising me of most of my test results and recommending several treatment plans for my lower back pain, I starting to feel better than I did when I first arrived. Dr. Dillard was also very professional, caring and most knowledgeable!

I had a great experience at Urgent Care with Dr. Crawford. He was amazing. I brought my teenage daughter in for a visit, and I was so impressed with how well he communicated with her. He really knows how to talk to teenagers, which I think is incredibly important. So often, teens can be closed off or reluctant to talk to adults, but Dr. Crawford made her feel comfortable and respected. It made all the difference.nnThe waiting time was extremely minimalu2014we were seen almost immediately. The longest part of the visit was the time we spent with Dr. Crawford, which we truly appreciated because he took the time to thoroughly discuss the issues at hand without ever making us feel rushed or uncomfortable.

I had an amazing experience at Peachtree Immediate Care. My second appointment was super quick, and the wait time was minimal, which was a big plus. What really stood out to me was how they followed up afterward to ensure I was doing well. Last weekend was the third time that my family and I used this clinic. Every time we have gone, the staff has been polite and extremely professional. The receptionist Aisha was friendly and kept me informed of any possible delays, and once I was seen Tobi and Jace, the PA took great care of me.nnThe teams that Peachtree IC set up are some amazing professionals. And truthfully as a Military Veteran, where I was always used to being treated by medics and PA's I appreciate the straightforward personal touch that these men and women always bring to their patients.nOf course I am hoping I don't need to visit too often, but without a doubt, this will be my go clinic. Thank You and I am feeling GREAT!!!
