We went in early December, '21, for COVID testing (my whole family of 4). The staff was courteous and professional, and the facility was clean. We were in and out in less than a half hour from a walk-in.nAnd, even though they were safe, professional, and good at their job, they also had a sense of humor (see photo).nnWe would definitely go back in the future, should we need to.

Through all of the places I reached out to get tested at, the team here at Urgent Care X were not only the friendliest, but the most efficient place I have gone to. We called ahead and they told us if we were willing to wait, they would make sure we got tested. Although the wait was fairly long, I overheard their friendly demeanor in person and over the phone to EVERY patient that they interacted with. Talk about working well under pressure. This was also all on the day before Christmas Eve as well. Very much appreciate the experience we had here!

This place is trash, I went there four times, in last two years , every time they made me to visit them twice in purpose so they can charge me twice, last time I went for flue and cough serve symptoms and they took swap for lab and they said they will call next day , they didnu2019t call, after three days I called and they told me your lab is normal, that not result answer, third days I called and they told me you have bacterial infection and the doctor not here so come tomorrow, forth days I went there and they told me, everything looks normal but if you feel bad come again. They just lying or they donu2019t know whats going on , either way this place is trash.

I needed a rapid test, just like everyone else this year. The wait was long but thatu2019s not the clinics fault, they did a great job and had great attitudes when I could have never with all those people, some very unpleasant. I got in about an hour after I came in, quick results, and was on my way. Thank you to the staff for the peace of mind!

Wanted to thank Michelle for being kind, professional and extremely helpful for my son. I went to the stand alone ER a day ago and didnu2019t get much help and was there for so long to be told they didnu2019t offer testing, and for them to just check his lungs and that was it. It wasnu2019t until I went to Urgent CareX where I felt my voice was heard. These people work day in and day out to provide you with quick results, and walk you through your questions. Front desk was friendly. Social distancing is implemented here and hand sanitizer was placed in areas to use. Front desk was taking the necessary precautions with spread of germs by wiping the counters down and areas where germs might be. The rooms were clean, and all my questions were answered professionally and with care. I couldnu2019t be any happier. To the staff there- Thank you for all you do for your patients, even writing down medicine doses for my son so I know when and how much to give was so very kind of you. You all are amazing!
