Thank you for being such wonderful people. I felt I was between my family because of how you took care of me. You made my experience at an urgent care facility less painful. For some moments I forgot that I was in pain and that I was injured. You all had great bedside manners and kept checking on me to ensure I was comfortable and able to find a specialist. Stopped by on my way home from work around 6 pm. There was no one in the lobby when I entered. The receptionist was very nice and professional when processing my information/insurance. The intake nurse was just as nice while taking my vitals, and I only waited about 5 minutes to see the doctor. The doctor was thorough and receptive to my questions. The experience was great and I feel like the diagnosis was correct also. Would definitely recommend this facility.

They are not working on it don't waste your money.nnI can't give this place a good review. I came in and nobody was in the waiting room I had to wait over a hour to get into the room. I thought maybe they are short in doctors, when they put me to the back i had to wait another hour.nnThere was 2 doctors so I don't know why it took so long. The receptionist was rude when I ask when they are going to call me. The doctor was ok polite etc. When I told him I waited 2 hours he looked surprised. There was no people in the waiting room so I don't know why it took so long. Unless they are taking a long time with certain people or having their regulars go first etc.nnI wouldn't recommend this place. They didn't offer me a water or anything. Really third world feeling, doesn't look nice or clean. Of course they charge you before you even go back. 120 dollars for pretty much nothing. I don't understand the five star reviews. There is no way this place is 5 stars. They are the same don't waster your money. You will probably be waiting for 3 hours. Dont waste your money

The staff was very cordial. My PA Sam is awsome. Always believe the staff has your best interest in mind. My prescriptions were sent into the pharmacy before i left the parking lot. Only non positive was that I was told wait time was less than 30 minutes but was there about 1.5 hrs.

Another great Urgent Care experience. My hubby fell and hit his forehead needing 5 stitches. Because of his age, 76, a CT Scan was a good idea. Everyone is very friendly and the Medical staff wonderful as they explain every step needed.nThank you
