I had a great experience at AFC Urgent Care in Chelmsford. The facility was clean, efficient, and everyone I interacted with was professional and kind. I especially want to shout out Cindy at the front desku2014 she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. It made such a difference walking in and being greeted with kindness, especially when youu2019re not feeling your best. Highly recommend this location!

I've brought my kids here multiple times and every visit has been a great experience! Most recently, I took my two boys in for a cough, and the staff was amazing. Jordan and Ashley were especially wonderfulu2014they made my boys feel at ease and were so gentle and caring. I truly appreciate the way they treated my kids. Highly recommend this place to any parent!

I always come here when my daughter is sick if her doctor doesnu2019t have available appointments that day. And honestly I would take going there more than her doctors sometimes because itu2019s so quick. Good atmosphere, always clean, they have snacks and water, and they are always so friendly with the kids. Especially Cindy! She always make sure everything is good when youu2019re there. Definitely recommend !!

I love the friendliness of the staff. How quick and thorough they are. Very accommodating, and nice. I was in and out pretty quickly, and I have been fortunate enough to not have problems or issues here. I will return in the future for any other medical needs. Thank you for always being pleasant.
