Sometimes the wait can be a little long, even with little people in the wait room but I guess it's understandable. Service was fast once I got in the back. They gave me a breathing treatment, && tested me for Covid and flu and also sent me home with cold meds and an inhaler bc I did have a fever and a respiratory infection. I went here in March and got a positive Covid test and they were quick once I got in the back that day as well, && service was great. I do recommend. Thanks

I've been coming to Urgent MD for years and service was not where it supposed to be. Dr. Murray is my primary doctor. I just found out today that she's no longer there. I said to myself that I will still see the doctor that was there. I checked in about 12:44pm and was called to the back about 1:40pm. I sat in the patient room until 3:16pm. I was very upset because no one came to check on me or to just say that the doctor is running behind. This made me very upset. Almost 3 hours in the doctor's office just to walk up to the front desk and I see Dr. Hall talking to two pharmaceutical direct sales agents. Being in sales and marketing, I know that the direct sales agents supposed to either make an appointment with the doctor or wait until the doctor is finished with his patients. I found out the office Dr. Murray is located and I booked my appointment with them. I following my primary doctor before she is great at what she does and she has excellent bed side manners.

This office has a really good doctor with very good staff . Everyone is nice and friendly and all seem to know their jobs well. The wait isn't ever too awful long and the exam rooms are fairly spacious and clean. Also is the lobby. It's a great place to get primary care AND urgent care, either one, at the same facility. That's just great to me.

Everyone was so friendly. The nurse that came in and did my vitals was great very friendly and smiling. Dr. Hall was amazing. He made me feel like I used to feel when a doctor would sit and spend a little time with you to get to know you not just take two seconds write a prescription and out the door Thanks Dr. Hall, it was great meeting you

Dr Templeton and Dr Hall are wonderful!!! They instantly make you feel better when you see them. I have no complaints about the care that I have received from them. The rear staff are just as wonderful! Thank yu2019all for caring so much. The only negative is the front staffu2026. Please remember that you are helping sick people and be kindu2026.. it doesnu2019t take a lot of energy to be kindu2026.
