The staff was so nice. Diana at the front desk was caring and let me know the wait was longer than normal. The medical assistant Tea came out to let me know the wait was longer than usual , but they would get me in soon. The provider Beverly was efficient and compassionate. I had a great experience.

I went in with mild fever but intense coughing,;coughing up fluid, phlegm and a whitish forth as well as pain.nFrom the moment I entered, I was greeted with respect and kindness at the front desk and checked in quickly.nWhen I got back with the Dr , I was seen quickly and swabbed for COVID and flu. As they were negative I was given a chest X-ray which showed lots of fluid in my lungs.I was prescribed an antibiotic.nI was treated and diagnosed with respect, concern and she advised I should go to the ER.nnEveryone was great and I thank them with my whole heart.

I made an online appointment with CareNow Hermitage, TN on the morning of 5/18/2025. Was in great discomfort and was thankful that I didnu2019t have to wait long. After a urine sample, it was quickly discovered that I had a bladder infection. I was offered a faster acting antibiotic shot, which I quickly accepted. A prescription was called in and my specimen was sent to a lab not on the premises. All of the ladies (Doctor, Nurse, Lab Tech and Receptionist) were courteous, patient, prompt and professional!

THIS PLACE SAVED US. I was dreading going to summit ER, almost to the point of telling myself it wasn't a big deal, and they took care of my daughter in so little time after we walked in. They did the x-ray immediately and had us out of there. And the kindness is what got me. I had kindness from the time I walkedin, and I wish I could say everyone's names, but the nurse was Halee and Dr. Deborah, I think, and let me tell you you couldn't get better healthcare. Thank you guys, truly. God bless.

From the moment I walked into this urgent care, the woman at the front was very kind and checked me in, was very accommodating to my ankle injury. The nurse or tech came in and was personable and kind as well. The xray tech was quick and efficient and also very nice. The doctor was straight forward and knowledgeable. Basically everyone was super nice and accommodating. My second time at this urgent care and both times were great.
