Do not come here for any type of lacerations. No aftercare is explained for a head wound and inventory is out of stock?? I wasnu2019t given a verbiage for his temperature in case he got an infection, nor was his head shaven for a three to four inch laceration, but most doctors dou2026 They were not concerned to ask questions about concussion symptoms after the injury being cause by a heavy piece of steel onto the top of his head. Half of my fatheru2019s staples were taken out and redone without any verbiage. They lack skill, communication, and instructions. Most clinics in Duncan give paperwork after a visit for basic knowledge over the reason for visit and we get none after a head injury. They lack so much care.

Took my son to get seen about for blood pressure problems and they charged my card $100. And then didn't see him. Told us we need to go to ER. Why didn't they say they couldn't see him up front to begin with and why charge me for not seeing him? Makes no sense!!! I will not refer anyone else here again!!!!nShame on this place!!!!!!!!

They say they are open till 8, but stop taking patients way earlier. Change hours or specify a time when the last patient will be seen.

Ashley Walden recently saw my kiddos. She took the extra time to look them over and discuss medications. She is very professional, sweet, and friendly! My family has been here quite often the past few years but this recent visit was the best we've had. Quick, clean, helpful. Usually we are rushed out, as they can be very busy at times, which I understand. They are trying to do the best they can in a timely manner! It doesn't change the care my family receives though.

Lady with the grayish hair and glasses at the front desk was incredibly rude. Always has a nasty attitude and basically argued with my boyfriend when he tried to get a release form for work. Definitely will be finding another place with more pleasant staff.
