Went for follow-up after completed recommended physical therapy sessions. Doctor didn't event look at the physical therapist's report before our meeting. He simply asked me if I still have pains. I told him no. He just ended our meeting. I spent so much time doing all the therapy sessions and no feedback from doctor.

I decided to come here right before the pandemic, they gave me a hard time trying to get a more general script for my physical therapy then the pandemic hit, and never got back to me. I still had pain so I went back and was recommended to get an an mri done somewhere, 3 months pass and still no one calls. I scheduled an appointment to go over MY results because no one bothered telling me anything, and gets recommended physical therapy again but the computers are down so I got 0 information before leaving. They tell me again, weu2019ll call you and give you all the information over the phone. 2 weeks later I have to call them, to tell me I have to go pick up the script. Moral of the story, if you arenu2019t bothering them about your issue they donu2019t bother reaching out when they say they will.

This place was amazing my daughter hurt her finger playing basketball . I got home from work and it was 5:50 I didnu2019t want to take her to ER . Went to Urgent Orth Care in Englewood. Great location right off Route 4 . We got there at 6pm was taken right away. Staff was so friendly and helpful . She got an X-ray right away . They put a splint and wrapped it. I was finished and in my car home by 6:25. If I had waited till tomorrow or gone to ER I would have been charged ER bill or in a Dr office I would probably still be filling out forms and waiting on a huge line .Great extended hours .This place is perfect for parents whose kids play after school sports . I even think itu2019s great for someone who doesnu2019t have time during the day to go to a Dr office and wait with a million people . Plus if you need a follow up you come back and follow up with the doctor in the same office . They said they treat any type of orthopedic problem . Very professional and they are very experience doctors . Hope you wonu2019t need them but if you get hurt this is the place to go .

Says u201cUrgent Careu201d on the building. Called to see about walk-in. Receptionist says they donu2019t do that anymore. First appointment is over a month out.

I wish I could tell you how well they treat their patients. I've called them 5 times and it just keeps ringing and ringing. No one answers, it says they close 3 hours from the time I was calling. If this is a representation of their clinic then it isn't even worth going.
