I haven't trusted a doctor since I was 13 years old, I'm now 32. So let me begin with how Dr Wayne and his staff are always so warm and friendly to myself and my family. They truly treat you like they see you as a person and not just a diagnosis to get out the door quickly. Dr Wayne is very thorough to find any and all cause for you coming in and just as quick to find the solution(s) you need to get better. Dr Wayne is a rare breed of doctor. Safe to say I trust this facility with my life.

I was recommended to this facility by my sister n law and at first I was skeptical. Although very quickly my mind was changed, I was greeted with very nice hospitality. The medical assistant that helped me was extremely helpful! Her name was Alexis and she made sure that when I went in I was tended to properly, felt comfortable, and had a smile and positive attitude through the whole visit she had a caring and passionate personality for what she does that brought a lively manner to the patient room I was in. She explained everything perfectly where I was able to understand and made sure to double check all my results. I was in an out quickly but confidently! Recommend and appreciate the assistant who made the visit not feel like a boring and dead urgent care!

We arrived at 5:20pm with a sick child. Their website, app and sign on the door read that they close at 6pm. When we arrived the parking lot was completely empty. The reception said u201cweu2019re not seeing patients.u201d I replied and said, u201cthe sign reads youu2019re taking patients until 6pm. If youu2019re only taking patients until 5pm, then your signage and marketing materials should indicate such.u201d She proceeded to say that the doctor went into a meeting at 5.nnI respectfully responded that a doctor is in a career of providing care and serving his community. To schedule a meeting or to participate in an impromptu meeting is a transparent indication of lack of purpose and heart for what he/she is committed to do.nnIu2019d give them a zero if it were available.

Went for a VA appointment recently. Staff was very nice and friendly at the front desk. Ask for Mrs Jaimi, sheu2019s super patient, she listened to everything I was trying to explain, helpful, knowledgeable, and down to earth. Would recommend. Staff was amazing. The interior of the building is showing some wear and tear, thatu2019s to be expected if I had to have a gripe. 4.9 I guess.

I took my 4yr old here because he was running fever for the third day in a row. His doctor was closed but was previously diagnosed with a virus from them but now it sounded like his throat hurt. Urgent care was great about testing him for everything then checked his throat and it looked awful. The doctor was great to even show me his throat so I knew why he was being given antibiotics. The very next day he already felt better and two days later they called to check on him which was very nice. Definitely a positive experience.
