Was greeted by the medical provider out front and he let me in out of the cold just before the facility opened! Sid was extremely pleasant and quick to greet me. I was treated with respect by everyone working that day. I was explained very clearly thoroughly what was most likely happening to cause my back discomfort. Scripts were sent to my chosen pharmacy and I was able to pick them up promptly. Provider will be in touch with me at the beginning of next week to discuss results from urine test. Overall, I am very pleasantly surprised with their courteousness, professionalism and promptness.

The Urgent Specialists staff was so helpful & encouraging. They acknowledge your good health and the efforts you have made to take care of yourself but are knowledgeable about what can help moving forward. Will didnu2019t prescribe me anything I didnu2019t need, found me a good price with the Good Rx card and was willing to quickly switch the pharmacy that they called it into so I could get relief asap. And Kay checked in with me along the way. Such a professional, honorable and people-first business.

This was my first visit to Urgent Care Specialists and I was impressed with how quickly I was seen. The front desk person was very welcoming and friendly. I was examined by Will Bascom and he spent quite a bit of time with me and did a very thorough exam. He asked questions and listened to me. I'd recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

My mom was seen by Cheryl who was absolutely AMAZING!! Her assistant was also great. Thank you for treating my mother so well and immediately giving her pain relief.nnFront desk gentleman was not pleasant, asked what I expected them to do for my mom and the issue she presented with. I worked in an urgent care for 4 years so I was fully aware of what could be done. I didnu2019t appreciate a front desk employee treating my mother this way since she was already reluctant in even going there.
